IT Support - Support Analyst - Support Engineer - Freelance - contract
Perform application and deployment readiness
Assist in preparing deployment strategy and deployment rollout planning
Coordinate End User Communication and Tracking
Perform desktop deployment (ZTI & LTI migration using SCCM/MDT) along with user data
migration and application installations
Coordination with offshore team for effective delivery
Develop knowledge base for known issues
Deployment support, Coordinate asset tracking for deployment
Coordinate post migration issues related to Win 7/Win 8 migration
Handover deployment support to BAU team. Reporting and technical documentation needs
Be Ready to travel between various locations in Hungary based on deployment Plan
Need to know Hungarian which is Mandatory
In Summary, Below are the key requirements which we are looking for this:
Well versed with XP to Windows 7 Migration Concepts, preferably have done an engagement on this
Work experience in SCCM 2012 or previous version of the tool, preferably on Operating system deployment
Having worked as a migration helpdesk or Support Engineer is an added advantage
