Our client, a prestigious financial institution in Zürich, is currently looking for an ambitious and dynamic IT specialist to join their support team.
Responsibilities:
- Database system administration, mainly Oracle but also MS SQL
- First Level support of Unix, Linux and Windows
- Participation on On Call Duty
- Problem identification and resolution between different support levels
Required skills:
- At least 3 years experience in Support, preferably within a banking environment
- Strong knowledge of Oracle and Unix
- Knowledge of MS SQL and Windows system administration preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in English, German an advantage
- Good team player with willingness to learn
