IT Support Specialist - Microsoft Lync

IT Support Specialist - Microsoft Lync - This is mainly a Level 2 role with some Level 3 exposure supporting a Windows environment with primary focus on supporting the Unified Communications network (Lync).

IT Support Specialist - Microsoft Lync - You will part of team of 5 providing support across NSW mainly onsite and via telephone for remote users.

IT Support Specialist - Microsoft Lync - You must possess a strong understanding of Voice Over IP (VOIP), SIP and related UC technology. Strong experience with Microsoft Exchange, Windows Servers and Adctive Directory is required.

IT Support Specialist - Microsoft Lync - To be successful for this role you will have the following skills:

Minimum 2 years experience supporting MS Lync
CERTIFICATION IN MS LYNC 2010 PROFESSIONAL WOULD BE IDEAL BUT NOT REQUIRED
SOLID EXPERIENCE SUPPORTING LEVEL 2 AND HIGHER WITHIN A LARGE CORPORATE USER ENVIRONMENT
STRONG TECHNICAL SKILLS ACROSS MS LYNC 2010, EXCHANGE 2010, ACTIVE DIRECTORY AND WINDOWS SERVERS
UNDERSTANDING OF VOICE OVER IP (VOIP), SIP AND RELATED UC TECHNOLOGIES
EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS BOTH WRITTEN AND VERBAL
