IT Support Specialist - Mainframe

Projektbeschreibung
TASKS
- Implementation, modification and deletion of file transfers in all environments according to the information provided in the corresponding MFT Service Request and the "Best Practice" standard templates.
- Check up on the information provided in the MFT Service Request; correction of wrong information found in it and returning of invalid MFT Service Requests to the requester.
- Initiation of the PSO process and tracking of the SW component manager PSOs.
- Support of customers regarding MFT Service Requests and Managed File Transfer in general.
- Incident and problem handling regarding file transfers definition in all environments.
- Collaboration and participation in projects.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent knowledge of the following systems: UNIX (Solaris and LInux) and Microsoft Windows
- Mainframe knowledge (ZOS) preferred
- A minimum of 3 years experience in the IT field needed
- Experience in banking environment preferred
- Ability to work under pressure, carefulness/precision, assertiveness
- Technical or basic business training
- Fluent in English and German is a must
- Education as computer scientist or business data processing specialist appreciated.
