IT Support Specialist Job

IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Creve Coeur, Missouri.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Deployment of software applications
- User support and troubleshooting
- Issue tracking and resolution

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Responsible for deployment and support of enterprise-level software systems developed by the IT team
- Perform user support and troubleshooting
- Responsible for issue tracking and resolution

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

- BS in Agronomy, Plant Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, or comparable work experience in Agriculture/Biotechnology.
- PC proficient-a strong working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft software.
- Strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills and problem solving skills.
- Self starter and be able to work alone or as a part of a team.

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- MS in Biology or Plant Sciences
- Experience with agricultural research and/or business.
- Knowledge of SQL query language.
- Experience troubleshooting problems and providing proactive technology resolutions
