Projektbeschreibung
Harvey Nash is looking for an IT Support Specialist for a 3 + month project in Switzerland.
The role is for a candidate to support the customer facing support.
You are responsible for
- Ensuring IT support is provided either onsite, by phone or chat for incidents related to all type of computers, video conferencing & collaboration tools as well as mobile devices
- Investigating, troubleshooting and resolving reported incidents in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensuring services are delivered according agreed service levels in a transparent, reliable and flexible process with a strong customer service focus
- Adhering to the ITIL processes and contributing knowledge to the Knowledge Database
- Acting as consultant (give trainings/workshops) in all IT related question
Requirements
- 2 years of experience with IT support
- Excellent technical skills for analysing and troubleshooting problems in a complex environment and experience
- Solid understanding and knowledge of the common operating systems (eg Windows 7), the Microsoft Office suite as well as the complete Google suite and of supporting mobile solutions (IOS Based)
- Capability to provide trainings for end users
- Passion for working in a diverse team
- Strong communication skills, with German and English skills both in speaking and writing, and high customer focused behavior
- Consultancy skills
- Nice to have are Mac Knowledge and HPSM or any other ticketing tool
