IMAC Engineer/IT Support Specialist/IT Technician - Pharmaceuticals - (Basel, Switzerland)
Job Description
Experienced IMAC Engineer/IT Support Specialist required by Switzerland-based Pharmaceutical corporate ideally with experience of working with ticket systems, installation of IT-infrastructure and technical skills with troubleshooting problems.
This short term contract offers the applicant the opportunity to work with one of Switzerland's top pharmaceutical corporates. Furthermore the contact offers the applicant an opportunity to develop their skills and benefit from a competitive daily rate.
The position requires an individual with a reasonable level of experience within the role and the ability to speak a good level of English and German both written and spoken. Furthermore experience and capability of working with Windows Client technology, Desktop and productivity tools are advantageous. Strong communication skills and customer focused behaviors is preferable.
Requirements
- 2+ years of successful technical experience in a desk side support position
- Desktop and Productivity tools and experience with at least one ticketing tool
- Ability to handle repair processes
- Experience of Reclaiming hardware process
- Very good level of spoken and written English and German
- MSCE/MCP Qualifications preferred
