Managed File Transfer Coordination needed to work for a global investment bank in Zurich, Switzerland. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation of MFT file transfers in all supported environments (WM correction of wrong information found in it and returning of invalid MFT Service Request's to the requester.
- Initiation of the PSO process and tracking of the SW component manager PSOs.
- Support of customers regarding MFT Service Requests and Managed File Transfer in general.
- Incident and problem handling regarding file transfers definition in all environments.
- Collaboration and participation in projects.
