IT Support Specialist

Position: IT Support Specialist

Location: Memphis, TN 38118

Duration: 1 year Contract

Pay Rate: $14.00/hr

Shift: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm

This is a deskside tech position at an end client location. The manager needs someone who is absolutely skilled at hands-on deskside support NOT a help desk agent.

EXPERIENCE LEVEL:

(Intermediate, 1 - 3 Years Experience).

- Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
- Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.
- Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups.
- May require an associates degree in a related area or 1 - 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of complicated tasks. Typically reports to a project leader or manager. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Hours worked will be 35-45 hours per week depending on business needs Minimum 2 years experience working as a deskside technician
