1 - 2 Years Desktop Support Experience REQUIRED
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Laptop, Desktop, and Network Printer hands-on support.
Candidate will work directly with the end user to resolve both hardware and software issues.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE:
Troubleshooting Windows XP/7
Troubleshooting Office 2003/2007/2010
Basic Networking Laptop and Desktop hardware.
Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL ALSO HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH:
Associates or Bachelors degree
Familiarity with working in a ticketing system and SLAs is a plus.
Good analytical and communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work effectively with client and other Systems Division staffs.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
Must be able to pass background check and drug screen
