IT Support Specialist

EXPERIENCE LEVEL: (INTERMEDIATE, 1-3 YEARS EXPERIENCE).

This position will be in the warehouse.

Typical tasks include:
Receives and reconciles deliveries checking for shortages and damage
Keeps warehouse clean and orderly
Assists in receiving, storing and disposal of surplus property
Takes physical inventory
Keeps accurate records and prepares reports.
Candidate needs a working knowledge of proper lifting techniques. Must be able to lift and move heavy or bulky objects weighing over 50 pounds on a regular basis
Candidate MUST have working knowledge of PC break fix and Imaging.

Experience Level: (Intermediate, 1 - 3 Years Experience).
Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.
Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups.
May require an associates degree in a related area or 1 - 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
Typically reports to a project leader or manager.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
