IT Support Specialist

Our client is a hugely popular computer components manufacturing company seeking a skilled resource to work on implementation of internally developed and off-the-shelf vendor web applications using SQL Server database for the Back End. The candidate will be responsible for getting the apps installed and configured in a test, pre-prod, and production environment, documenting the applications, creating support scripts, and training Level 2 and Level 3 sustaining support.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Application code deployments
- Vendor software installs
- Setting up environments using virtual Servers
- Documenting all technical aspects of the applications

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Proficiency with Windows Server 2008 Server administration
- Proficiency with Windows Server 2008 IIS7 web administration
- Proficiency on SQL Server 2008, SQL database administration
- Technical documentation

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:

- Ability to perform data migrations
- ET&L's
- SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
- SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
