Duration: Open-Ended Contract
Pay: $11-$12 an hour
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Hours: Hours will vary from 35-45 hours per week depending on client needs.
The ideal candidate must have: Windows XP/Windows 7 desktop troubleshooting experience. Excellent verbal and written communication; will have direct contact with end-users Outlook/Lotus Notes configuration skills are required. Must be comfortable with basic command line tools Perform Hardware deployment utilizing supplied documentation and tools Experience with Lenovo Desktops and laptops Experience with Windows XP/7 deployments End User interaction. Strong software break-fix and hardware troubleshooting support A+ certification a plus Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, both hardware and software. Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems. Supports user account information including rights, security and systems groups. Requires at least 3-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.
