For one of my best client based in Geneva, we are seeking an
IT SUPPORT SENIOR
In a team of 4, you will be in charge:
- Ensure the 2nd and 3rd level of support
- Ensure VIP Support
- Install all hardware
- Implementation software on mobile
Your Profile:
- Strong experience in IT support up to 3rd level
- Experience in migration such as: Windows 7 + Office 2010 + Outlook
- Good troubleshooting Notes knowledge
- Good follow up with user knowledge
- Good VPN connexion knowledge- solve all problems
- English and French is an asset
