A global pharmaceuticals company are seeking a second level IT support candidate to join their facility in Basel. The ideal candidate will be accountable for the service support and technical support of non-standard IT solutions for researchers. This includes everything from small service design, communications, training and technical support. They will be able to communicate well with their colleagues, user focused and will be both assertive and highly collaborative.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

*Hands on technical support for non-standard IT solutions including label printers, Scala, training room PC's, tablets, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, IOS, MacOS, Citrix, Bomgar
*PC life cycle replacement scheduling
*Designing and drawing processes
*Training
*Documenting
*Solutions creation
*Working closely in a highly matrixed organization

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

*Apprenticeship in IT or degree mandatory
*5 years in a IT support role
*English/German as business languages
