IT Support Officer

An excellent opportunity is now available for x 3 IT Support Officers to join a respected Government organisation for an initial 6 month contract located at their Campbelltown premises!

RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:

- Able to provide high quality technology support to all colleagues
- Accept and respond to logged requests for advice for all IT facilities.
- Resolve problems and faults experienced by users of IT systems and equipment within the organisation
- Able to respond to logged requests for IT support services in a timely and effective manner.
- Proven background in providing IT, video conference, or audio visual equipment and facilities support
- Sound knowledge of IT infrastructure, such as networks, applications, Servers & workstations
- Relevant technical education or professional experience, preferably in a large tertiary environment
- Proven knowledge of IT infrastructure (networks, applications, Servers & workstations)
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal & face to face) able to communicate with all levels of people & management
- Valid NSW Drivers Licence required
