IT Support - Level 2 - Government

IT Support/Level 2 - This is a short term contract with a government organisation for a large PC and equipment roll-out.

IT Support/Level 2 - Great CBD location with access to public transport. You will be part of a team of 12 professionals rolling out over 900 PCs and other IT equipment.

IT Support/Level 2 - To be successful for this role, you will have the following experience:

- Experience supporting environments with 1000+ users
- Windows 7 Migration Support experience
- Microsoft System Center Manager 2012 (SCCM)
- Responsible for building new workstations or upgrading hardware preparing workstations in migrating from a Novell/Groupwise environment to a Microsoft platform
- Able to identify and diagnose resolutions of problems of reported incidents/problems during test phase and final upgrade.
- Experience providing both phone support as well as hands on, internal client facing desktop support
- Provide training for users migrated from Novell/Groupwise to a Microsoft Exchange environment
- Experience with Exchange Administration
- Experience installing and supporting Microsoft LYNC is a plus
- Experience working in an ITIL environment
- Additional support involved mobile devices, iPads and smart phones for network connectivity
- Experience supporting a Windows
- Citrix Support experience is a huge plus
- User account administration via Active Directory and Multi-Functional Devices and Print Services
- Experience working in a Government organisation will be a huge advantage

IT Support/Level 2 - This is a one site roll-out and support environemtn based in the CBD and near public transport. Hourly rate is $35 hourly + Super and available immediately.
