JUNIOR IT SUPPORT ANALYST - JOB IN ZÜRICH
On behalf of our client, a leading financial organization in Switzerland, we are looking for a Junior IT support analyst to join their team in Zürich on a long term contract basis. This position is ideal for the IT specialist who would be interested to start their career in a very dynamic banking environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide professional multi-lingual technical support for various business critical applications via phone, e-mail, chat
- Take ownership of each client issue through root cause and solution
- Monitor system infrastructure
- Collaborate effectively with other teams, business groups and external client technical staff to identify and resolve IT issues
Key skills
- Client-oriented and enjoy solving IT related issues
- Multilingual, fluent in German and English is a must. Italian or French would be a strong plus
- Eager to work on a dynamic environment for a multicultural global organization
