IT Support Infra Support Consultant (2nd Level Support & Ticketing)

LOCATION - Laval, France

LENGTH OF CONTRACT - 6 week contract - 1 Day a week, Every Wednesday

(24th June, & all Wednesdays in July)

START DATE - 24th June (Next Wednesday)

IT SUPPORT INFRA SUPPORT CONSULTANT (2ND LEVEL SUPPORT & TICKETING)

Tasks:
- Installation and configuration of hardware and software
- Analyzing and resolving IT problems by telephone and on site
- Documentation of the suppression process in a ticketing system
- Transmission of disturbances to downstream departments
- Maintenance of hardware and associated peripheral
- Work on global projects

Requirements:
- 3year Education as IT-System-Technician
-Microsoft Certified Desktop Service Technician (MCDST) preferred,but not mandatory

and practical experience in the above areas of responsibility
-Good knowledge of Lotus Notes
-Good hardware and software skills and good knowledge related to Network.
- Knowledge of current Microsoft operating systems as well as the popular Microsoft applications
- High customer service orientation
- Good communication skills and flexibility
- Good command of spoken and written English.

Knowledge of the product portfolio (desktop from HP, Dell, Compaq notebooks
Lenovo, HP printers)
- Team work
