IT Support Engineer - Scandinavian Speaker

Scandinavian speaking IT Support Engineer required for a 12 month contract based in Kongsberg, Norway.

In the role of IT Support Engineer you will:

- Provide IT support locally and regionally (computers, mobile phones, phones, AV etc)
- Provide necessary end user training (inductions, smartphones, laptops etc)
- Maintain the storeroom/consignment store
- Assist the IT delivery and support teams in daily operations
- Ensure support tickets are handled to support processes, SLA's and KPI's

The ideal candidate for the role of IT Support Engineer should have the following:

- 5 years relevant experience within IT Support
- ITIL understanding and experience (foundation level)
- Good communication skills in Norwegian and English
- Experienced in providing IT Support for a selection of the following: IBM Tivoli/Maximo (ITSM), IT admin tools (Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager etc) MS Office (MS Project, MS Visio), Live Meeting, SAP IT, Tandberg Management System (video conferencing)
