IT Support Engineer - Fareham - SC Cleared

Square one are looking for an SC Cleared IT Support Engineer to come on board for an initial 6 month contract based in Fareham, Hampshire.

We are looking for candidates with current SC clearance to join the project due to the start date being within weeks.

Skills

- Windows 7/8 Support
- Windows Server 2003/2008/2012
- Exchange 2010
- Office 2007/2013
- McAfee AV
- Working knowledge of SupportWorks or similar call logging, incident/change management support tool (Assyst/Remedy)
- Previous Help/Service desk experience, able to understand questions, accurately record information and prioritize work
- Experience of IS/IT first line support with good understanding of hardware and software related issues

Desirable Skills/Knowledge

- Working knowledge of MOD Policies
- ITIL V3 Foundation Certificate or Service Management Experience

This role is looking to start on 2nd February 2015 with interviews to be scheduled next week.

This is an initial 6 month contract with a view to extend based in Fareham, Hampshire paying market rates.
