A new opportunity for an experienced Desktop Support Engineer working for my client in Morges, Switzerland who can speak fluent French and English:
Working as part of a busy team to ensure that all users receive a professional but personal service dealing with first/second line/third line incidents as advised.
* Resolving 1st/2nd/3rd line incidents
* Support and maintenance of Windows Servers
* Work on and assist with Projects when required
* Ability to work with technologies including Apple Mac, Windows and Linux machines
* Assisting colleagues in day to day operations
* Ability to troubleshoot bespoke applications
* Engage with various departments to plan and resolve technical matters
