On behalf of our client, a leading bank in Zürich, we are looking for an IT SUPPORTER/COORDINATOR. The successful candidate will take part of
Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity with a market leading global company then please have a look at the details:
ROLE:
- To support the team in the preparation and rollout of the client's product (new personal identification solution). The team is responsible for all aspects of distribution of Smartcards and support of users with Smartcard issues.
- Issuing of Legacy products and cards
- Daily Post service
- Printer maintenance
Please note that with the right aptitude and attitude, the role can be extended to supporting users with SmartCard and certificate issues.
SKILLS
- IT background (IT apprenticeship as a minimum)
- an interest in working in a fast-paced international environment as part of a team
- good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- a structured work style which enables confident autonomous working
- ability in planning and implementation to meet deadlines
- experienced with Databases, Certificates Management, LDAP, AD, Security (knowledge preferred)
- proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- organized and detail oriented
- adaptable, team focused
- able to work flexible hours when required
- motivated
