CLIENT DESCRIPTION:
For one of our clients, we are urgently looking for: IT SUPPORTER
This one month contract role is based in Zug. We are looking for a candidate who speaks German (Swiss German), English and French. We are looking for a very professional and independent candidate who is able to support users on various sites.
ROLE:
You would be in charge of managing all incidents in relation to user support. You will handle technologies based on Windows, hardware, as well as handheld items. You will also manage all problems that arise and maintain the IT accessories inventory. You will be asked to proactively take part in improving the workflow and processes within the company.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- IT degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft products
- Flexible, autonomous and proactive
- Excellent communication skills
- Telephony support prior experience
- GERMAN MANDATORY, English a plus
