My client is a leading Telecommunications vendor who has an innovative R&D Facility based in sweden. In order to support them in developing the latest technologies and working with their counter-parts in Ireland and Finland, they are looking for an IT Support Consultant to join the team in providing helpdesk support to users in the facility.
Having extensive knowledge on LAN, Active Directory and IP Technologies your responsibilities will be:
- Provide Helpdesk support ot Users on Machines and laptops.
- Get involved in installation and maintaince of Datacentre infrastructure equipment.
- Provide user training on applications and systems.
- Liaise with suppliers to manager bids, requests and cost.
This a great opportunity for an experienced IT Support or helpdesk professional to be involved ina long term contract in an exciting and leading business.
