IT SUPPORT CONSULTANT/2ND/3RD LINE SUPPORT

Our client based in Letterkenny is looking for an experienced 2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer to join their team on a contract basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a global organisation whereby you will get the opportunity to work on some exciting and challenging projects. Our client is looking for someone with solid desktop experience, as you will be providing all in-house technical support within the office facility whilst providing a consultant approach.

KEY SKILLS:

- Solid 2nd/3rd Line Support experience on both Desktop and Laptop
- Windows XP
- Windows 7
- Recent experience with Lotus-Notes
- Active Directory
- ITIL Awareness
- Proven track record of adhering to SLA's
- Networking Experience; LAN, WAN and troubleshooting

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

- Mobile device support (iOS and/or Blackberry)
- MacOS
- CompTIA A+ certification
- Diploma/Certificate level qualification in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or equivalent Telecommunications
