IT Support Consultant

IT SUPPORT CONSULTANT urgently required for interesting contract in Nijmegen.

THE IT SUPPORT CONSULTANT WILL IDEALLY HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERTISE:

Deployment of images
Re-installation of devices
Delivery of hardware
Printer support (network, MFP, label, cartridge)
Network cable patching (LAN)
Exchange of end-user devices
Incident handling (local)
On off-boarding, meeting room support (patching, VC)
Beamer support
Scanner
Label printing support
Stock management (local) incl. Asset tag printing
Support of Guest WIFI mobile phone - O365 connection
Helping hand support CCTv
Support of local PBX/VOiP system
Antivirus Management
VIP/Executive Support, EUS - Site Support
Capacity management
Asset management
Problem management
Change management
AD, DNS, DHCP, SMTP troubleshooting
Handle issues related to Customer Technical issues ranging from Simple PC Related problems
Basic ticketing of all types of issues using appropriate CRM Toolset
Assist with other computer operations activities as required.
Provide support to remote users (using Remote Connectivity Tools)
Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk
Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local Workstation
Document internal procedures
Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software
Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

MS Exchange Messaging Outlook/Exchange/MS Office common messaging tool
Basic PC and peripheral Hardware troubleshooting (including print & scanning devices)
Basic networking and Troubleshooting, LAN, WAN, Wireless, VPN, Dial up knowledge
Exposure to ITIL processes
Supporting VPN users troubleshooting/diagnostic skills
General installation and configuration of desktop and laptop systems
Remote PC troubleshooting
AD, DNS, DHCP, SMTP
Mobile device support Blackberry/iPhone
Anti-Virus support
