Broad skill sets are required, and all member of the team will be expected to be hands on using the following :
Active Directory, DNS, MS server2003, Exchange, BES, local desktop support, Cisco Lan/voice.
The team lead position will require people management skills as well as the above hands on skill set. It would be advantageous for candidates to come from a shared services background, but this is not essential.
This is a genuinely exciting time to join a well established organisation within a large IT team.
Starting salaries will depend on experience, however they will be between £25,000 and £32,000 for the Support Analysts, and £30,000 to £35,000 for the Team Lead.
