Projektbeschreibung
IT Support Analyst (Telephony environment) needed for my leading client in the financial services sector for a 6 month contract with a likely HOOD of an extension. This is a great opportunity with a attractive working conditions for global brand.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years experience in global IT industry
- Solid experience with IVR, WebGui, Call Center
- Understanding of PBX, Avaya, OnexAgent
- Previous experience in Telephony environment
- Knowledge in at least in one of the following; IBM Monitoring Suite, ServiceNow, Remedy, BMC Suite, BO.
- Good knowledge of XML, SQL, OS system, Linux/Unix
- Familiar with ITIL Process and V3 certified
- Proven in Incident management
- Experience with off-call support
- Fluent German and English
