500 CHF per day - 6-12 month contract

A leading financial services organisation is seeking an IT Support Analyst to support 100-150 users within
their busy Geneva based office. You will be logging, investigating and resolving issues relating to a variety of systems including but not limited to Windows 7, Office 2007/2013, Active Directory/AD and Exchange. You will have excellent communication skills and customer service skills. It is essential applicants have 2-3 years' experience within a similar role with a good understanding of Windows 7, Office 2007/2013, Active Directory/AD and Exchange. Basic knowledge of networks and telephony is advantageous.Fluency in French/Swiss French is essential.
