Our client is an international operating IT Service Provider and is looking for an IT Support Analyst (m/f) based in Frankfurt (Germany)

Location:
Frankfurt (Germany)
Type of contract:
Unlimited permanent position directly with our client
Your key tasks:
to act as the single point of contact and support for the companies extensive end user community, investigating and resolving issues efficiently and politely
to take ownership and responsibility for the Technology-related queries from internal and external clients, which will be recorded in the teams service desk management tool
deliver first and second-level technology support on PC-based and telecommunications issues and ensure that all calls are handled within the set timescales
cooperation with the global IT support team and report directly to the IT Support Manager
Your profile:
at least two years working experience within a computer operations role
multitasking and effective organisation of workload
good communication skills and ability to deliver customer care at all times
experience with desktop applications
fluent in German and English (German role)
fluent in French and English (French role)
