Our client is an international working IT Service Provider and they are seeking for an IT Support Analyst (m/f) based in Frankfurt (Germany) or Paris (France)
IT Support Analyst (m/f)
Location:
Frankfurt (Germany) or Paris (France)
Type of contract:
Unlimited permanent position directly at our client
Your key tasks:
You will be the first point of contact and support for the companies extensive end user community, investigating and resolving issues efficiently and politely
You will take ownership and responsibility for the Technology-related queries from internal and external clients that you receive, which will be recorded in the teams service desk management tool
You will delivered by first and second-level technology support on PC-based and telecommunications issues and ensure that all calls are handled within the set timescales
You work together with the global IT support team and report directly to the IT Support Manager
Your profile:
You have already gained two years working experience within a computer operations role
You have got the ability to work multitask and organise your workload effectively
You have got to communicate well is vital as you must be able to empathise and deliver customer care at all times
You have got high attention to detail to ensure data is handled correctly and takes pride in the service they deliver
You have got good knowledge of desktop applications
You have to speak fluent German and English (German role)
You have to speak fluent French and English (Paris role)
