IT Support Analyst - French speaking
Microsoft (Windows 7, Office 2007/2013, Active Directory, Exchange), Networks, telephony
IT Support Analyst is required for an initial 6 month contract in Geneva, Switzerland to provide support on technology based queries and provide local technology training as appropriate.
Skills required:
*Must be fluent in English and French.
*Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, Exchange).
*Broad technology experience, including both hardware and software.
*An understanding of telephony systems and networking would also be desirable.
*Proven experience in an IT Support/Service Desk/Helpdesk function, with experience in supporting internal users.
