On behalf of our client, a financial Institute here in Zurich, we are looking for a IT Supporter (banking background). For this 6 months contract position based in Zürich, our client is looking for an English speaking candidate.
Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity with a market leading global company then please have a look at the details:
Your tasks:
- Working within the Local Support Desk team and together with L2 Team
- Support data discrepancy remediation processes
- Help define workarounds for known errors and initiate process improvements
- Maintain a knowledge database for the processes being refined
Your Profile:
- Previous banking experience (considered a plus)
- Access Management experience would be a benefit
- Unix command line
- Simple SQL creation and execution
- Strong written and verbal communicator
- Fluent in English, German (an added bonus)
