IT SUPPORT ANALYST - 3RD LINE SUPPORT - CONTRACT
A Pharmaceutical company based in the German region of Switzerland are currently looking for an IT Support analyst to provide 3rd line support for their infrastructure division on a contract basis.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Daily 3rd line incident and troubleshooting - IT Support
- Supporting the operating company administrators, not the end-users
- Issuing Scripting guidelines
- Coordinating the follow-up of compliance and security of the workstations
- Work independently and lead assignments/projects of moderate to high complexity
- Maintaining and improving the customer service and availability
- Partner with business community/Vendors to solve complex problems and/or improve existing processes
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science OR equivalent through experience.
- Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred
- 2-5 Years experience providing 3rd line IT support within a regulated industry.
- Language: - English spoken and written
- German would be an advantage.
