IT Support Analyst - 1st/2nd Line -.Novartis Experience*

Superb, industry-leading Pharma company require an enthusiastic IT Support Analyst to join the team at their Tech Centre in Basel on a long-term contract. You will be responsible for supporting users and establishing relationships face-to-face as well as 1st and 2nd line support.

Responsibilities include:

*Handout and delivery of mobile devices for users.
*First logins and giving users an introduction on the system.
*Incident management including: ticketing, user interactions, fixes and closure.
*Correct documentation and 'incident passover' to other Tech Centers.
*Taking care of incidents and requests, which are assigned by the dispatcher.
*Assisting the Embedded supporters on administrative work.
*Escalations according to escalation policy.
*On site visits as necessary.
*Running Tech Center sessions on different topics.

Candidates with previous experience working in the pharmaceutical industry - particularly with Novartis - are highly desirable.
