Our client, an international bank is in the search for a Level 1 - IT Support Analyst for a 12 month contract in Basel.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Issuing, preparing and sending out the bank's new integrated circuit cards
- Plan, execute and track all the new requests with the Issuing Tools
- Think strategically, that holds up over the long term
IDEAL PROFILE
- Experience in Level 1 support
- Strong Windows knowledge
- Familiarity with following support services: HW desktop/notebook, Windows environment, Microsoft Offic
- Fluent in German and English
- Available to start in November or even sooner
