IT Support Analyst

I am currently recruiting for an IT Support Analyst for a client of mine based in the Feltham area.

This is a 6 month contract position paying £16 per hour on a 6 month rolling contract basis.

Responsibilities;
* Supporting Users at the clients Head Office on a 1st, 2nd and minimal 3rd Line Level
* Build and configure Lenovo laptops to Support of Win 7, Win 8, Win 8.1 OS
* Build and Configuration of Various Tablet Devices and Lenovo Laptops
* Configuration of Mobile Devices such as Apple IPads / IPhone 5S and 5C, Samsung Note / S4 and Blackberry Devices
* Provided all Round Training to the Users when required for all Handheld and Mobile Devices
* Carried Out New Starter Training on a Weekly Basis.
* AV Support when Required
* Ordering and Allocating New Stock to the Relevant Users
* Used of a Tool Called Afaria for Mail Configuration on Apple IPads / IPhones Samsung Devices
