IT Support Analyst

A Powerhouse organisations within the Media industry are looking at recruiting an IT Support Analyst on a 4-month contract.

The successful candidate will be working alongside a team of 6; your day-to-day duties will consist of shortening the queue of tickets by assisting people over the telephone or face-to-face. The company are also coming towards the Back End of a Windows 7 deployment so you will be assisting with issues that arise from that.

People person (You will be working with people from all over the business)
Flexible (Shift patterns will be 8-4 or 9-5)

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to think on your feet whilst remaining professional
Working towards an ITIL qualification
Understanding of BlackBerry Enterprise

Based within the heart of Central London the role is paying £10 per hour depending on experience
