IT Support Analyst

DEFAQTO is a respected, data-driven financial services software provider; we pride ourselves on delivering robust, well supported tools and applications to our customers - which include some of the biggest names in the UK financial services industry.

We're currently looking someone to join our IT Operations team as IT SUPPORT ANALYST to cover maternity leave for a period of 9-12 months, starting in late August 2014.

The role is focused on ensuring the availability of the domestic IT services, communications systems and desktop infrastructure that support business operations, plus supporting internal users.

You must have relevant experience providing 1st line support for IT and communications systems, plus technical skills that include:
- PC software skills in Windows 8, Windows 7.0, Office 2010 and 2013
- Network configuration and TCP/IP
- Maintenance and configuration of: Active Directory in Windows Server 2008and Outlook and Exchange Server 2010

You'll also need to be a collaborative team player, with great customer service skills, a flexible and pragmatic approach and a strong drive to get things done right first time.
