Role: IT Support Analyst
Location: Beerse, Antwerpen- Belgium
Type: 1 Year Long Term Rolling Contract
JOB DESCRIPTION:
TECHNICAL/FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:
- Basic Documentum and Sharepoint skill.
- Need to possess good Communication skill in Dutch and English Language.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Application support for regulatory & training applications and collaboration tools used across.
- Support activities mainly include incident management, and attending to service requests from users.
- Most of the issues reported need to be addressed promptly and hence demand immediate action.
- Need to mainly acquire functional knowledge of the applications and the business processes involved.
- Responsible for ensuring that the Support team adheres strictly to Compliance Requirements.
- Co-ordinate with the offshore Module which supports around 20 applications on various technologies including Sharepoint and Documentum.
- Interact with the customers on a daily basis regarding the reported issues and Service Request, changes in existing business processes and Support metrics.
