Client Description:

For one of our clients, we are looking for an IT SUPPORT - 2ND LINE

The position would be based in Suisse Romande on client site. Along with providing the opportunity to work for challenging projects, our client uses the last-updated technologies.

ROLE:

You would be in charge of managing all incidents in relation to user support. You will handle technologies based on Windows, hardware, as well as handheld items. You will also manage all problems that arise and maintain the IT accessories inventory. You will be asked to proactively take part in improving the workflow and processes within the company.

Qualifications:

- IT degree or equivalent
- Min 3 years of professional experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft products
- Application support
- Good knowledge of networks
- ITIL
- Flexible, autonomous and proactive
- Interest in new technologies
- Fluency in English and FRENCH (SPOKEN AND WRITTEN) IS OBLIGATORY
