IT Support

On behalf of our client, a highly regarded financial organisation in Switzerland, we are looking for a Junior IT Support specialist to join their dynamic team on a long term contract basis. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and German, have a general IT knowledge with some previous work experience in a similar area, and to be available on a short notice.

You'll be working within the Local Support Desk team and together with the L2 team which is responsible for the pre-personalisation of all Secure Pass and Smartcards. You will be responsible for planning, execution and tracking of all requests, as well as efficient communication and partnering with other IT experts in L2 team.

As a Junior IT specialist you should possess the following skills:
- General IT knowledge (Hardware, Software, Windows, Microsoft office)
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Great communicator with attention to details
- Fluent in English and German
