IT Support

On behalf of our client, a large international financial organization, we are looking for the On-site support specialist to join their dynamic IT team based in Zurich on a long term contract basis.

Responsibilities

- Main point of contact for the roll-out of new Hardware single workplace as well as roll-out for entire organization
- Move of work desk, replace defect components (PCs, Laptops, printers, faxes and Phones)
- Support end user on site with related issues which cannot be resolved by the Service Desk agents
- Responsible for managing second level support for the respective area
- Staging of desktop Computers and migration from old to new platform
- Work towards SLA settings for the area

REQUIREMENTS

- Expert in current Hardware components
- Profound knowledge of Windows XP and Windows 7
- Good knowledge of Office 2010
- On-Site user training on standard software and PC configuration
- Analytical skill to identify issues around the supported components
- Use of deployment tools
- Good English language skills spoken and written
- Professional behavior in relation to internal clients in the banking industries
- Working is a similar environment with 3-5 years work experience
- Experience in the financial industry is a strong plus
- Candidates MUST be available to start on a short notice
