IT STAFFING RESOURCE SPECIALIST needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in St. Louis, MO.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Play a key role in supporting the IT contingent workforce life cycle in areas such as contractor acquisition, internal stakeholder support, assessing contractor fit/performance, staffing vendor relations, reporting, compliance, and documentation.
- Supports contractor acquisition by selecting and verifying appropriate candidates for hiring managers to interview, communicating timely and accurate feedback on candidate status, and extending vendor offers for the selected candidates.
- Assists with identifying and completing contractor resource transitions including renewal of assignment, repurposing to new assignment, converting to employee, or termination of assignment.
- Conducts assessments of contractor performance and supports internal stakeholders ensuring return on investment and risk mitigation.
- Builds and maintains contractor vendor relationships serving as liaison between the external vendor community and internal managers.
- Monitors compliance with regard to key metrics, performance indicators, and service level agreements.
- Assists with maintaining contingent workforce program documentation and communications.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Two (2+) years experience recruiting Information Technology professionals in a high volume, results oriented environment
- Experience working in fast-paced environment with many third party vendors
- Prior experience with applicant tracking systems
- Demonstrable experience supporting and influencing internal stakeholders across varying levels of leadership
- Proficiency using the MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
- IT recruitment experience in a 3rd party vendor setting is highly desirable
- Experience supporting managers through employee relations related issues is preferred (ie entry HR Generalist or Employee Representative type roles)
