- Advanced PC/Laptop troubleshooting
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- IT Service desk support
- IT Data Center support
- 24/7 environment; must be able to work shifts/weekends/holidays
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Two to four (2-4) years of experience
- Certified: (2 or more of the following) A+, Network+, Security+ or MTA
