IT Specialist Mid - Bremerton, WA Job

IT SPECIALIST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Bremerton,WA.

POSSESSION OF A SECRET CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED AS A CONDITION FOR EMPLOYMENT.

TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- MUST have a SECRET Clearance to be considered for position
- MUST have a current A+CE or MTA or SEC+ or a CCNA cert to be considered for position
- MUST have Desktop Support/Customer Service Experience

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Provide hardware and software support for the Company computer systems, peripherals, and printing devices
- Install, configure and troubleshoot various software and hardware
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues on customers desktop workstations and laptops
- Perform minimal system administration services to include blackberry users, LAN/WAN, Active Directory, and exchange accounts
- Receive and resolve calls, interfacing with users, identifying and resolving problems, escalating unresolved Incident tickets (Remedy and Service Manager 7, ticketing system) as appropriate and track calls
- Monitor Remedy and Service Manager queues for new Incident tickets.
- Provide local and remote desk support
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Must be able to lift up to 40lbs with assistance.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- High School Diploma
- Two to five (2-5) years minimum of applicable experience
- MUST have a SECRET Clearance to be considered for position
- MUST have Desktop Support/Customer Service Experience
