IT Specialist Job

IT DESKTOP SPECIALIST needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Fort Worth, TX.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Tier 1 desktop support
- Troubleshooting Windows OS desktop/laptop computers
- Installing peripherals (BB's, scanners, printers)
- Remedy ticketing system

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Provide desk side support for users on Microsoft Operating Systems
- Troubleshoot desktop/laptop computers, printers, BB, mobile devices etc.
- Work independently or part of a team in troubleshooting and/or escalating tickets.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Must have an Secret level clearance or above
- Certified: Combination of CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network+ or Comptia A+ and Security+.
- Two to five (2 - 5) years of current experience

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Familiarity with Military Protocol
- Military Information Technology experience
- Certified in MTA or MCTSS
