IT Specialist (3rd Shift) Job

IT DESKTOP SPECIALIST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Ft. Meade, MD.

POSSESSION OF OR THE ABILITY TO OBTAIN A SCI CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED AS A CONDITION FOR EMPLOYMENT.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Experienced providing Tier I desktop support
- Experienced with troubleshooting Windows OS desktop/laptop computers
- Experienced with installing peripherals (BB's, scanners, printers)
- Experienced with Remedy ticketing system

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Provide desk side support for users on Microsoft Operating Systems
- Troubleshoot desktop/laptop computers, printers, BB, mobile devices etc.
- Work independently or part of a team in troubleshooting and/or escalating tickets.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Must have an Top Secret level clearance or above
- Must be able to work 1:00PM - 12:30 AM Shift (Sun - Tues/3 days on and 4 days off) or (Sun - Wed/4 days on, 3 days off).
- This is a night shift position only.
- Certified: A+, Security+ and/or Network+
- Two to five (2-5) years of current experience

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Familiarity with Military Protocol
- Military Information Technology experience
