IT Sourcing Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- This position will be responsible for facilitating strategic sourcing activities within IT, which entails working with internal customers to develop requirements, issuing and scoring RFx events, contract and price negotiations, measuring spend and savings realization, and execution of supplier management and sourcing best practices and methodology.
- This position will need to establish and prioritize activities for assigned sourcing projects and categories to achieve objectives and results including supplier research and creating deliverables as part of documenting the sourcing process.
- This position will report to an IT Procurement Manager and will work closely with other team members, IT stakeholders, and other members of project groups.

SKILLS:

REQUIREMENTS:

- 4+ years of IT sourcing experience.
- Microsoft Excel, Intermediate to Expert level.
- Microsoft Outlook and PowerPoint, Intermediate to Expert level.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to Follow-up.
- ARIBA experience a plus.
